Where has 2020 gone? it’s hard to believe it’s only 8 days till the main man and his crack team of reindeer comes to drop our presents off!

Christmas Opening Hours
As with previous years, our support team remains available to you 24/7/365 all across the festive period. The Sales and Customer Service phone lines will remain open as usual, however if you have a dedicated Account Manager, their individual working times may vary over the holiday so please check their availability with them directly if you’re likely to need their help.
Holiday Period Change Freeze
Our change freeze will be from the 14th December to 11th January, during this period we will not undertake changes to our processes, procedures, or infrastructure. Any essential or scheduled maintenance will occur as normal. To stay informed on any network status issues, please visit our status page and subscribe.
