• Cisco Duo MFA is based per user, and on a monthly rolling basis. The cost after the trial is £4.50 + VAT per month, per user.
• The product will be added to customers account with a credit applied to the initial month.
• Customer is responsible for notifying CWCS to cancel the product during the trial, otherwise the product will renew on a monthly basis.
• Maximum of 2 users per customer.

• CWCS will add a further 50% resource to any vCPU, RAM or Storage paid for as part of an upgrade to an existing cloud server, to a maximum server specification of 48 vCPU, 128GB RAM and 2TB Storage.
• Resources will be increased upon receipt of payment for the upgrade.
• The upgrade will be actioned by the support team, who will contact you to plan the works.

• A discount will be applied to the initial 3 monthly invoices. If customer pays annually, the total of the 3 month discount will be applied to the annual invoice.
