As part of a wider strategy to become one of the ‘go to’ businesses for Managed Hosting, VoIP and connectivity solutions in the UK, we are on the hunt for a Customer Service Executive to take us to the next level. Your role is to build relationships with existing customers, retention and to ensure we support our clients, offering the very best customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolve customer queries by telephone, email, and via our support ticket system as required.
- Customer retention
- Processing cancellations and downgrades of products and services.
- Management of the sales and customer service queue, allocating to departments where required and handling any queries that fall within the role.
- Fraud checking orders where required.
- Creating reports for the Sales Manager
- General sales administration, including but not limited to, checking contracts, processing price increases, post-sale follow up.
Essential Qualities:
- To be not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
- At least 2 years experience in a B2B Customer Services role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused with high ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team.
